Azure DevOps Architect

• Design and implement scalable Azure DevOps solutions to streamline software delivery and infrastructure management.
• Develop and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies such as Terraform and ARM Templates.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams to enhance product delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
• Monitor system and application performance, identifying areas for optimization and efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure security compliance by implementing best practices across DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead DevOps transformation initiatives and promote the adoption of best practices within the organization.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks affecting DevOps processes and infrastructure.
• Document architecture designs, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines to maintain knowledge continuity.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends related to Azure and DevOps.
• Conduct training sessions to upskill team members on DevOps tools and processes.
• Engage with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and incorporate feedback into solutions.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and review activities to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps engineering or related roles.
• Proven expertise with Azure DevOps tools and services.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools including Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and ARM Templates.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and deployment best practices in Azure.
• Skilled in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Azure Monitor and Grafana.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in remote or distributed teams.
• Relevant certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred.
• Software development background is an added advantage.
