Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Factory (ADF) Developer with 6+ years of experience in data integration, ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, and cloud-based data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL, and Python to build scalable and high-performance data pipelines.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade data integration solutions while ensuring data quality, reliability, security, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Build data ingestion frameworks for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.
- Develop and manage ADF pipelines, datasets, linked services, triggers, and integration runtimes.
- Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, APIs, flat files, and cloud storage.
- Develop data transformation processes using ADF Mapping Data Flows and Azure Databricks.
- Implement incremental loading, Change Data Capture (CDC), and data synchronization solutions.
- Design and manage Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) architectures.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and analytics teams to define data requirements.
- Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot data processing issues.
- Implement data governance, security, monitoring, and auditing practices.
- Participate in deployment automation using CI/CD pipelines.
- Create technical documentation and provide production support.
