Azure Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data solutions using Azure cloud services, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Build complex ETL pipelines and transformations for structured and semi-structured data (XML/JSON).
• Write and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for efficient data processing.
• Perform performance tuning for Spark workloads in Azure Databricks.
• Manage source control using GIT and support CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Implement Agile and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across all pipelines and solutions.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Azure ecosystem advancements; DP-200/201/203 certification is an advantage.
