Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Azure Data Engineer Lead located in Chennai. The role involves leading data engineering efforts, designing and implementing data models, building and maintaining efficient ETL pipelines, and managing data warehousing solutions. The Azure Data Engineer Lead will also analyze large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights while ensuring data quality, performance, and security. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to support business requirements and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Data Engineering and Data Modeling
- Proficiency in designing and developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines
- Experience with Data Warehousing solutions and related technologies
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and deriving insights from large datasets
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and tools, along with expertise in related platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Relevant certifications in Azure or data engineering will be a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
