Spectral Consultants is Hiring for Senior Data Engineer for a leading Accounting & Advisory Firm.

Gurgaon & Bangalore locations.

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering concepts

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Design and develop modern data solutions using Microsoft Azure

Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, ADF, Synapse, and Databricks

Design Lakehouse architectures, OneLake, and dimensional models for Power BI

Implement data quality, governance, lineage, and CI/CD best practices

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver analytics-ready data solutions

Drive innovation by exploring new Microsoft Fabric capabilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

On-time delivery of data engineering projects

High-performance, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines

Improved data quality, reliability, and governance metrics

Optimized cloud performance and cost efficiency

Successful client engagement and stakeholder satisfaction

Reusable frameworks, documentation, and automation contributions

Required Skills

5+ years of Data Engineering experience

Microsoft Azure (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Warehouse, Power BI)

Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics

SQL, Python (PySpark)

Databricks & Delta Lake

Azure DevOps/GitHub (CI/CD)

Data Modeling, Data Governance & ETL/ELT
