We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Specialist to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, automation, and DevOps practices. You will work closely with architecture, development, and operations teams to support cloud adoption and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of deployed solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Set up and manage services such as Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage Accounts, Networking, AKS, and Azure SQL.
- Implement and manage Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Azure Active Directory, role-based access control (RBAC), and conditional access policies.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Monitor cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Ensure cost optimization and recommend improvements for resource utilization and performance.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security best practices and standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, performance, and service availability.
- Maintain documentation of Azure environments, configurations, and procedures.
- Stay up to date with new Azure features, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Strong hands-on experience with core Azure services: Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, and Monitoring.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and cost control.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Azure CLI.
- Good knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, VNET, NSG, Load Balancers).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and integration with on-prem systems.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO, SOC, or HIPAA.
