Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Design, architect, and govern Azure-native cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Lead cloud transformation initiatives and provide architectural guidance across multiple projects.
Review, validate, and approve Azure solution designs, ensuring adherence to security, scalability, reliability, and cost-optimization best practices.
Mentor, guide, and technically lead engineering teams in cloud architecture, implementation, and operational excellence.
Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and Azure best practices.
Document architectures, operational procedures, and technical standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to define cloud roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
Drive solution reviews, risk assessments, and design workshops for Azure-based platforms.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, security, and compliance requirements are incorporated into all solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Mandatory: AZ-305 Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
Strong expertise in Azure-native services, cloud architecture patterns, and enterprise-scale deployments.
Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Proven expertise in Azure Networking, including:
Virtual Networks (VNets) and Subnets
Azure Load Balancer and Application Gateway
VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute
Network Security Groups (NSGs) and Azure Firewall
Private Endpoints, DNS, and Hub-Spoke network architectures
Strong experience with Azure Landing Zones, governance, and cloud security frameworks.
Hands-on experience designing highly scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient Azure solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience leading cloud architecture review boards or technical governance committees.
Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS), containerization, and microservices architecture.
Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.
Strong understanding of FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and operational excellence.
