Overview
We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to design, modernize, and optimize enterprise-scale cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud architecture, governance, security, automation, and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Azure cloud solutions across compute, networking, storage, and security.
- Lead cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native transformation initiatives.
- Define Azure Landing Zones, governance frameworks, RBAC, and identity architecture.
- Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and application teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct cloud assessments, cost optimization, and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with security and enterprise governance standards.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with strong Azure expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services: AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, VNETs, Key Vault, API Management, Monitor, Defender, etc.
- Experience with Azure Landing Zones, AAD/Entra ID, RBAC, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and cost optimization.
- Azure Certifications (AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-400) preferred.
Nice to Have
- Hybrid cloud and Azure Arc experience.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL, Synapse, or Databricks.
- Experience with microservices and application modernization.
