Job Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise
- Architecting and supporting on-going projects for modern workplace solutions spanning from infrastructure, end user devices, security, and collaboration applications.
- Provide expertise to regional teams and collaborate with Japan head office stakeholders.
- Risk and Control
- Provide timely escalation and resolution of major issues to Management and Head Office teams.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Should have good attitude to work in teams
- Act as liaison between end users and IT team to understand business requirements for end-user services, design and implement new solution or enhancements.
- Liaise with enterprise architecture team to ensure alignment of all platform architecture processes, standards.
- Projects & Other Responsibilities
- Prepare and present regular project reports and documentations.
- Ensure project status and progress are communicated to stakeholders and IT teams in a timely and concise manner.

Qualifications and Knowledge
Good to have -Functional or Technical
Personal Attributes
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent with min. 8 years of experience
- Azure certification
- API setup on Azure API Management
- Experience of working on Azure function apps and logic apps
- Coding (C#) on Azure Function
- Messaging (queue, event)
- Ability to explore other Azure services and technology
- Integration workflow development using Logic app or
- Goanywhere MFT platform
- Knowledgeable and experience in Azure, Azure SDK,
- Azure Functions, DevOps etc
- Taking leadership during architectural design sessions, workshops, implementation reviews and end-to-end solution designs
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
