Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations, including the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Facilitate communication between departments and team members to ensure timely and effective information flow.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist with the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Provide support to project teams by assisting with project coordination, documentation, and tracking of tasks and deadlines.
Skills Required:

QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
