Provide support for implementing troubleshooting and maintaining of identity management systems Administer operate and maintain authentication systems and services - Active Directory Azure Active Directory Azure Active Directory Connect AADC Active Directory Federation Services ADFS ADFS Web Application Proxy WAP Administer Microsoft Windows Active Directory domains using standard Microsoft snap-ins such as Active Directory Users and Computers Domains and Trusts Sites and Services and others as necessary Provide Active Directory group policy support Creationmodificationdeletion of all Active Directory objects Createmodify scripts and run specific PowerShell commands and scripts to administer the Authentication platforms Perform System Administrator functions on the identity platform by assisting in developing and delivering process improvements in alignment with business and technical requirements with continuous enhancement maturing the identity lifecycle capabilities Escalate issues to Microsoft Premier support if needed by creating a ticket and managing it till remediation
