Job Description

Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for AYUSH provider engagement and sample tracking using barcode systems
Train medical doctors, specialists, and project staff on sample collection and transportation processes
Support existing NTEP (National Tuberculosis Elimination Program) and partner staff training
Develop and implement strategies for AYUSH engagement and sample transportation across assigned geographies
Collate, analyze, and present data on AYUSH engagement and sample transportation performance
Liaise with district authorities, partners, and key stakeholders for smooth program execution
Conduct capacity assessments of private hospitals and healthcare facilities
Coordinate technical expert committee meetings and ensure effective follow-ups
Undertake field visits for monitoring and supportive supervision of AYUSH engagement and sample transportation activities
Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
