Key Responsibilities
Consultations & Patient Care
- Conduct online Ayurvedic consultations with patients.
- Diagnose, prescribe, and monitor treatment plans in line with Ayurvedic principles.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical ethics.
- Formulations & Product Development
- Contribute to research, development, and refinement of Ayurvedic formulations.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure efficacy, safety, and compliance with AYUSH guidelines.
- Provide insights into herbal combinations, dosage forms, and therapeutic applications.
Content Creation & Awareness
- Create educational videos and digital content to promote Ayurvedic wellness.
- Participate in webinars, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives with expert knowledge.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to AYUSH, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Prepare documentation for audits, certifications, and product approvals.
- Support HR and operational teams with medical expertise in wellness programs.
Qualifications
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the State/National Ayurvedic Medical Council.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Ayurvedic practice.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Ayurvedic formulations.
- Strong communication skills with ability to conduct online consultations and create video content.
- Proficiency in digital tools for telemedicine and content creation.
