Who we're looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS) who is confident in patient consultations, health counselling, and wellness advisory. The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting online consultations, understanding patient concerns, and recommending suitable Ayurvedic solutions, lifestyle modifications, and nutraceutical supplements. 

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy patient interaction, preventive healthcare, and helping individuals achieve better health outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online and telephonic consultations to understand patient concerns, medical history, and health goals. 
• Provide personalized Ayurvedic recommendations, lifestyle guidance, and wellness counselling. 
• Recommend suitable Ayurvedic nutraceutical supplements based on patient needs and health conditions. 
• Explain treatment plans, supplement usage, benefits, precautions, and expected outcomes. 
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and support. 
• Maintain accurate consultation records and patient documentation. 
• Address patient queries regarding health conditions, Ayurveda, nutrition, and wellness products. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient experience and treatment outcomes. 
• Stay updated with Ayurvedic practices, wellness trends, and product knowledge. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution. 
• 1–3 years of clinical or consultation experience preferred. 
• Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles, diagnosis, and treatment planning. 
• Comfortable recommending nutraceutical and wellness supplements as part of holistic care. 
• Excellent communication and counselling skills. 
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients. 
• Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment.
