Job Title: Ayurveda Sales Associate (Part-time, Hybrid)

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Ayurveda Sales Manager based in Delhi, India. The role involves day-to-day sales management in the Ayurveda sector, including reaching out to potential clients, promoting Ayurvedic products and services, maintaining CRM tools, and driving overall business growth, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and website enquiries, and convert them into paying clients.
Maintain and regularly update CRM tools with accurate lead, customer, and follow-up information, ensuring proper tracking of the entire sales funnel.
Execute lead-generation activities through email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, and basic website/digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understand their wellness needs, and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products and programs in collaboration with doctors and wellness experts.
Achieve monthly sales targets, monitor key metrics (leads, conversions, revenue), and share concise weekly and monthly reports with the founding/management team.
Collect client feedback, share insights with the team, and contribute ideas to improve offerings and support overall business growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales management and business development skills, preferably in Ayurveda, wellness, healthcare, pharma, or related sectors.
Must be familiar with lead generation through email, WhatsApp, and website marketing, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM tools (such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track leads, activities, and conversions.
Excellent negotiation, customer relationship management, and follow-up skills; comfortable communicating with clients over the phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
Ability to work independently and in a small team, manage multiple leads, and stay organized in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; interest or prior exposure to Ayurveda/wellness is an added advantage.
Job Details
Employment: Part-time, hybrid (field visits plus remote work).
Working hours: 56 hours per day, with flexibility based on client meetings and campaigns.
Base salary: 6,00010,000 per month with an additional 50,00065,000 in incentives. Total compensation is negotiable depending on the candidate's background and projected results.
