We are seeking an experienced Axway MFT Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Managed File Transfer solutions, particularly Axway MFT, and will be responsible for ensuring secure and efficient file transfers across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of Axway MFT solutions to ensure secure and efficient file transfers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective MFT solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot MFT processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for MFT processes, configurations, and procedures.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on MFT best practices and tools.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in MFT technology.

Skills and Qualifications

5-9 years of experience in managing Axway MFT solutions or similar Managed File Transfer tools.
Strong understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, AS2, etc.).
Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Shell scripting, or Perl.
Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements related to data transfer.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
