The candidate will be supporting the global customers on Axway APIM suite
- Exposure supporting an Integration/API Management platform like Axway API Gateway/ CA API Gateway/ MuleSoft API Gateway/IBM API Connect/ APIGEE/ KONG/ 3Scale or similar API Gateway products
- Must have strong knowledge on Unix and Linux administration
- Knowledge around Webservices, SOAP and REST
- Knowledge around Network fundamentals & related Troubleshooting
- Knowledge around Communication protocols - HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, MQ, JMS etc.
- Knowledge around Network security concepts (Encryption / Authentication / Certificates), OAuth, LDAP etc.
- Autonomous with one programming language/scripting
- Autonomous with one Database. Good understanding of SQL
- Production support experience
Operational
- On call support as & when required by the project.
Soft Skills / Experience
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Customer/Front Office engagement experience
Desirable:
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, Incident/Problem/Change Management experience
- Ability to work independently and have Learnability Skills.
- Exposure on Docker, Kubernetes and Container-based solutions.
- Exposure on Cloud like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to NoSQL/MySQL/Cassandra
