Incident, Change & Problem Management

Production deployment, migration & release support

RCA, troubleshooting & performance improvement

24×7 on-call production support

What You'll Do

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Axiom reporting jobs

• Troubleshoot Axiom jobs and resolve production issues within SLA

• Work with development teams on L3 escalations

• Monitor Axiom platform health and reporting jobs

• Support upgrades, patches, deployments and production migrations

• Perform RCA and implement long-term solutions

• Maintain Financial Regulatory Reporting applications and data quality

• Identify manual activities and drive automation opportunities

• Participate in change/release management activities

• Mentor junior support engineers and collaborate with internal teams
