Axiom Developer

We are looking for Senior AxiomSL Implementation Consultants to support multiple greenfield AxiomSL On-Prem Client Services implementation projects for a leading financial technology organization.

The selected consultants will work remotely at 100% allocation, supporting the complete implementation lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, production support, and client training.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in client discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Analyze client requirements, data, and regulatory reporting needs.
• Design and configure solutions within defined project parameters.
• Perform hands-on development using the Axiom ControllerView platform and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, subject matter experts, client stakeholders, and project teams.
• Support the complete SDLC, including:
• Requirements gathering
• Solution design
• Configuration
• Development
• Unit testing
• System/integration testing support
• Production support
• Provide regulatory reporting expertise and stay updated with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate technical and functional documentation.
• Conduct end-user training on the Axiom platform and implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot implementation and production issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Support multiple regulatory reporting solutions across client engagements.

Relevant AxiomSL / Regulatory Areas

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly relevant:

• Capital Risk
• Local Regulatory Reporting
• Trade & Transaction Reporting
• GSD Reporting
• FinReg
• FINSTAT

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of hands-on AxiomSL implementation experience.
• Strong experience with AxiomSL On-Prem implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Axiom ControllerView.
• Experience across the AxiomSL implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and financial data.
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, development, testing, and production support.
• Experience interacting directly with clients and conducting discovery/requirements workshops.
• Good understanding of SDLC processes and documentation practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Candidate must be currently based in India.
• Must be available for 100% workload during the engagement.

Preferred

• Nasdaq/AxiomSL certification.
• Experience supporting greenfield AxiomSL implementations.
• Exposure to multiple regulatory reporting solutions such as Capital Risk, Trade & Transaction Reporting, GSD, FinReg, FINSTAT, or Local Regulatory Reporting.
