Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture, application modernization, DevOps, and cloud-native development. The ideal candidate will lead technical design and delivery of scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized AWS solutions while providing technical leadership to development and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AWS solution design for application modernization, migration, integration, and cloud-native initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs, implementation plans, estimates, and delivery roadmaps.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available AWS architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles.
• Lead development and DevOps teams, conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance activities.
• Implement and enforce cloud best practices across security, networking, observability, backup, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Drive containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, security teams, operations teams, and client stakeholders.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create reusable automation scripts, deployment frameworks, and cloud accelerators.

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong AWS cloud expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including:

• IAM
• S3
• RDS/Aurora
• Lambda
• API Gateway
• ECS/EKS
• CloudWatch
• CloudTrail
• Secrets Manager
• Route 53
• Experience designing cloud-native, scalable, and secure architectures.
• Strong understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of:
