We're Hiring: AWS Support Tableau Engineer

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: Night Shift (Overlap with US Eastern Time Business Hours)

Start Date: Immediate

Experience: 3–5 Years

Are you passionate about Tableau platform support, troubleshooting, and cloud-based analytics environments We are looking for an AWS Support Tableau Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting enterprise Tableau environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and troubleshoot Tableau platform issues

Manage Tableau dashboards, data sources, and refresh schedules

Investigate and resolve data connectivity and refresh failures

Work closely with internal teams to support business-critical reporting environments

Monitor Tableau Server performance, permissions, and publishing activities

Support cloud-hosted data sources and integrations

Required Skills:

3–5 years of hands-on Tableau experience

Strong Tableau dashboard development and data source management

Good SQL skills

Experience with Tableau Server administration and troubleshooting

Familiarity with AWS services

Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently with unfamiliar datasets

Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US Eastern Time

Preferred Skills:

⭐ Tableau Server Administration

⭐ AWS fundamentals and Tableau cloud connectivity

⭐ Extract performance optimization

⭐ Managed services or client-facing support experience

⭐ Exposure to Tableau Cloud, MuleSoft, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms

Important Note:

This is NOT a pure Tableau Development role. The selected candidate will primarily focus on Tableau platform support, troubleshooting data connectivity and refresh issues, and serving as a key point of contact for platform-related support activities.
