Job Description

Experience in IaaS Compute Networking Storage

Conceptual Understanding Security Containerization

Assist in the deployment and management of AWS services including EC2 S3 RDS and Lambda

Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure performance alerts/warnings and troubleshoot and mitigate incidents

Incident Investigation and Reservation

Provide Operational inputs to L3 SMEs for streamlining operations

Collaborate with SME to implement security measures and compliance protocols

Document Incident resolutions processes configurations changes in the cloud environment

Execute and troubleshoot scrips like PowerShell and Python

Provision Infrastructure using AWS Cloud Formation Terraform

Work on Ansible for orchestration automating configuration tasks by executing playbooks

Support Azure Backup job monitoring restore requests and runbook execution

Knowledge to IAM Observability Tools
