About Position:
We are seeking for AWS Solution Architect with hands on experience in AWS, Bedrock, GenAI, Workflow automation, etc.,
- Role: AWS Solutions Architect (GenAI & Workflow Automation)

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end application design and development on AWS
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices
- Design and develop solutions leveraging AWS services and Quick Suite Bedrock
- Build and implement workflow automation using AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge
- Architect and develop microservices and serverless-based applications
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and efficient deployments
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team capability and performance
- Drive design discussions, architecture decisions, and solution optimization
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of applications in production
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in software development with strong AWS expertise
- Hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, VPC)
- Experience working with Quick Suite Bedrock and AI-enabled solutions
- Strong expertise in workflow automation and orchestration on AWS
- Solid understanding of microservices, serverless, and event-driven architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner (Mandatory)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (Mandatory)
- Experience with GenAI use cases and prompt engineering (good to have)
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform) (good to have)
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams (good to have)
- Additional AWS certifications (good to have)
