Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Lead/Developer with strong expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing scalable cloud solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate must have hands-on proficiency across AWS Amplify, AWS Glue, DynamoDB, AWS Bedrock, and LLM/AI model integration, along with a solid understanding of ETL, data engineering, security, and analytics services.
Key Responsibilities
1. AWS Solution Architecture & Development
- Design, architect, and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS services.
- Develop backend and full-stack solutions using AWS Amplify, GraphQL, Lambda, API Gateway, and other connected services.
- Lead end-to-end architecture for AI/ML solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, foundation models, and custom LLM workflows.
2. Data Engineering & ETL
- Build and manage ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, Glue Studio, and Glue Workflows.
- Design optimized DynamoDB data models including partitioning strategies, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Work with AWS Athena, S3 Data Lakes, and query optimization.
3. AI/LLM Integration
- Implement GenAI and LLM-based applications using Amazon Bedrock (Claude, Llama, Titan, etc.).
- Integrate vector databases, embeddings, orchestration, and retrieval systems for AI-enabled products.
4. Security & Governance
- Configure and maintain AWS Firewall, IAM policies, and secure architectures following AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and logging using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and GuardDuty.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices for cloud adoption.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong AWS Solution Architecture experience (design + implementation).
- AWS Amplify (must be expert-level).
- AWS Glue, ETL, Data Engineering.
- DynamoDB (deep hands-on experience).
- AWS Bedrock & LLM/AI models (practical implementation required).
- Understanding of:
- AWS Athena
- AWS Firewall / Security services
- S3, Lambda, API Gateway
- Data Lake concepts
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Python/Node.js
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines on AWS
- Knowledge of AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- Exposure to vector databases, RAG pipelines
