ROLE: AWS Senior Support Engineer
Job location : Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Job Description
- Support Experience in IaaS Compute Networking Storage and Databases
- Conceptual Understanding Security Containerization
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services On Premises
- Support /Manage robust cloud architectures using AWS services to ensure scalability reliability and cost-effectiveness
- Manage configuration and optimization of AWS resources including EC2 S3 RDS and serverless architectures
- Manage complex AWS networking setups including VPCs Direct Connect VPNs and Transit Gateways ensuring secure and efficient connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments
- Ensure the implementation of security best practices across cloud environments by managing IAM policies encryption strategies and compliance frameworks
- Monitor and analyse cloud performance metrics using AWS CloudWatch and other tools
- Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architectures processes and configurations
- Understanding of ITIL Service Management Event Incident Problem CMDB etc
- Responsible for automating the setup configuration and maintenance of complex infrastructure environments using Automation tools
- Work in Terraform including setup of terraform environment developing TF scripts importing existing environments is required
- Hands on experience of atleast 2 Years on IaaC Terraform Bicep Cloud Formation
- Support Azure Backup job monitoring restore requests and runbook execution
- Knowledge to IAM Observability Tools
