- 3+ years of experience in monitoring and observability roles.
- Hands-on experience with Datadog and Dynatrace, including configuration, alerting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of cloud monitoring (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations Suite).
- Experience with log management tools such as Splunk, ELK, or Grafana Loki.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices monitoring.
- Experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring) and synthetic monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Bicep).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Certifications in Datadog, Dynatrace, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, and manage monitoring solutions using Datadog and Dynatrace.
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide real-time insights into system health and performance.
- Integrate monitoring tools with cloud platforms (AWS,Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments.
- Set up proactive alerting mechanisms to detect and resolve performance issues before they impact business operations.
- Optimize logging and telemetry data to ensure efficient data collection and visualization.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to improve system observability.
- Analyze performance metrics and logs to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for optimization.
- Automate monitoring configurations and ensure continuous improvement of observability solutions.
- Ensure compliance and best practices in monitoring and incident response strategies.
