AWS Nodejs Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Consultant to collaborate with project, business, and architecture teams to understand and communicate technical requirements throughout all stages of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Cloud API team to develop new features and enhance existing functionalities, while also troubleshooting performance and functional issues in collaboration with both internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage with project, business, and architecture teams to gather and communicate technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the Cloud API team to design and implement new features.
- Utilize AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB to build and maintain serverless API architectures.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including Swagger files (.json/.yaml).
- Conduct troubleshooting for performance and functional issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud build and deployment processes.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis and querying as needed.
- Adhere to Scrum/Agile methodologies throughout project lifecycles.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS services, specifically API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful architecture.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoupUI.
- Ability to write and interpret Swagger files (.json/.yaml).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in solution architecture and development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD cloud build and deployment pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in project consultancy and technical development.
