- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including:
- IAM, IAM Identity Center (SSO)
- VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups
- CloudTrail, AWS Config, GuardDuty
- Experience/Familiarity with AWS Data Migration Service, ETL, RDS,
- Solid understanding of AWS Organizations, Control Tower, SCPs, and multi-account governance.
- Migration & Automation
- Experience migrating workloads between AWS accounts or organizations.
- Proficiency with AWS CLI and SDKs.
- Strong experience using CloudFormation and/or Terraform in production environments.
- DevOps & Modern Architectures
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and version control best practices.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (EKS/Kubernetes).
- Understanding of serverless and microservices architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS).
- Operational & Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in wave-based, phased migration programs.
- Experience collaborating with architects, security teams, and application owners.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Good to Have
- Experience working in regulated environments (insurance, banking, healthcare).
- Experience with AWS Control Tower Account Factory (AFT).
- Familiarity with CIS benchmarks and security frameworks.
- AWS certifications such as:
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
- AWS SysOps Administrator
