AWS Microservice L2

Role Overview:


Seeking an AWS Microservices - L2 Engineer to support and manage AWS-based microservices, handle L2 production issues, manage integrations, and ensure performance, security, and reliability of cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• L2 support for AWS microservices and integrations

• Incident management, RCA, and permanent fix implementation

• API and messaging integrations using API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS

• Monitoring and troubleshooting using CloudWatch

• Collaboration with DevOps and development teams

Required Skills:

• AWS core services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, ELB

• Microservices architecture

• API Gateway, Lambda

• Docker, ECS/EKS

• CI/CD pipelines

• CloudFormation/Terraform

• RDS/DynamoDB

• Java / Python / Node.js

Good to Have:

• Kubernetes, Event-driven architecture, Agile/ITIL exposure
