We are looking for experienced L1 Application Support professionals with 46 years of experience to join our team supporting a leading BFSI client in Bangalore. Key Skills Required: Monitoring tools: Dynatrace Datadog Basic understanding of Microservices Architecture API-based monitoring troubleshooting Strong production support troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of AWS services Ability to analyze alerts, identify impact perform first-level triage Good communication incident reporting skills Preferred Profile: Candidates with prior experience in production support environments and exposure to both application infrastructure monitoring will be highly preferred.
