AWS Application Architect
Required Technical Skill Set
- Hands on experience and proficiency in designing and developing microservices in AWS using Java Spring boot / .Net technologies.
- Troubleshooting issues using service logs and implement fix.
- Optimize the application performance by making change in application and service deployments.
- Experience using enterprise service bus such as MSK, Event Bridge or other middleware.
- Use of Compute engine services for container clusters (EKS, Fargate) or Serverless Technologies such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway and Step Functions.
- CICD with integration with Sonar and VA tools in the pipeline.
- API design, development, provisioning, hosting, integrations, and management.
- SSL Key integration in development and hosting in services at different network layers.
- Review and suggest Testcase, plan and Test data creation. Drive Test execution for Unit test, Integration test and Performance test.
- Create reusable architecture diagrams using AWS components
- Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Service activation strategies for cloud-migration.
- Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
- Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
- Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process

Must-Have
- Strong experience in Java Spring boot / .Net microservice and REST services
- Compute services- Fargate, ECS, EKS and EC2, Lambda
- Experience in API Gateway, MSK, Application load Balancer
- DevOps, integration with QA tools, VA security tools, S3 and DB
- In memory DB in sync and async implementations.
- Experience in API management and integrations in AWS solutions.
- Good knowledge in Kafka and other middleware technologies
- SSL and TLS setup with Kafka, API gateway and Java applications
- Knowledge of basic networking Proxy, VPN, Firewall, Gateway, Security groups, Load balancers, certificates are required.
- Database RDS, Aurora - Postgres, MySQL engine, No Sql Dynamo DB, MongoDB etc.
