Role- Lead Software Engineer AWS IoT Backend
Location - Pune(Hybrid)
CTC - Up to 46 LPA(Based on experience)
We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in AWS IoT backend development to design and deliver scalable, secure IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS IoT architecture, backend development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end IoT solutions using AWS IoT Core, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and Greengrass.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across IoT systems.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage full SDLC including planning, estimation, and on-time delivery using Agile methods.
- Explore and integrate new IoT frameworks and technologies through PoCs.
- Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
Required Skills
- Expertise in AWS IoT, Serverless Frameworks, MQTT, HTTPS, and Matter.
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience with edge computing, OTA updates, and real-time analytics.
- Solid understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) and IoT security.
- Proven leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
