Position: AWS Inspector (QC)
Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Project Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary
We are looking for AWS Certified Welders who have strong experience in fabrication and related welding activities for an industrial project.
Roles & Responsibilities
- erform welding as per approved WPS and drawings
- Ensure quality and accuracy in welding work
- Handle fabrication and fit-up activities
- Maintain proper use of tools and welding equipment
- Follow all safety rules and PPE guidelines
- Coordinate with supervisors and QC team
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
- Mandatory AWS Certification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in welding & fabrication
- Strong knowledge of codes: ASME, AWS, EN ISO
Experience
Minimum
10 years of experience in welding & fabrication
Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Fabrication Shop Floor projects is preferred
Required Skills
- Expertise in welding processes: SMAW, GTAW, SAW, FCAW, GMAW
- Knowledge of welding joints: Groove, Fillet, Weld Overlay
- Strong understanding of: Welding defects & troubleshooting
- Material experience: CS, LAS, SS, DSS, Inconel
- Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
