About The Opportunity
We are hiring for a leading IT staffing and cloud infrastructure services engagement that supports enterprise cloud migrations, platform engineering, and production reliability initiatives across India. This on-site role works directly with client engineering teams to design, automate, and operate secure, scalable AWS environments for mission-critical applications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code to ensure repeatable, secure, and auditable environments.
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment workflows for microservices and infrastructure changes.
- Implement container orchestration and runtime operations using Kubernetes and Docker; manage cluster lifecycle, upgrades, and capacity planning.
- Automate configuration management and release processes using Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation to reduce manual intervention and drift.
- Establish observability: monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident runbooks to meet SLOs and reduce MTTR in production.
- Collaborate with developers and security teams to apply best practices for cloud networking, IAM, secrets management, and cost optimization.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS)
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience: Terraform
- CI/CD tooling experience: Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Container and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
- Configuration management and automation: Ansible or similar
- Monitoring and observability: Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent
Preferred
- AWS CloudFormation
- Experience with GitOps workflows and tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Scripting for automation: Python or Bash
