We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing data solutions on the AWS platform, ensuring data availability, quality, and security.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data processing pipelines on AWS.
- Optimize and maintain data storage solutions using AWS services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through effective monitoring and validation.
- Develop ETL processes for data migration and transformation.
- Utilize AWS tools such as Glue, Redshift, and S3 for data management.
- Implement security and compliance measures for data storage and processing.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-15 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in AWS services, specifically S3, Redshift, Glue, and Lambda.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
- Experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
