AWS Conversational AI Designer

We are seeking an AWS Conversational AI Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing conversational AI solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline interactions. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for developing innovative conversational experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions using AWS services such as Lex, Polly, and Lambda.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define conversational flows.
• Create and maintain documentation for conversational AI designs and implementations.
• Test and iterate on conversational models to improve user experience and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed conversational AI systems, making adjustments as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in designing conversational interfaces or chatbots.
• Proficiency in AWS services, particularly Lex and Lambda.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning principles.
• Experience with tools for designing conversational flows and user interactions, such as Bot Framework or Dialogflow.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present ideas effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on user-centric design.
