About the Role:

Mode of Employment: Internship (Possible conversion to FTE based on the performance)

Internship Duration: 3 months

Internship Type: Paid Internship

Stipend During Internship: 15000/- per month

Mode of Working: Work from office (Mon-Fri)

Job Description:

An Amazon Connect Intern at Amazon Web Services (AWS) typically works within a technical or consulting team to design, build, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions. These internships are generally 12 weeks long and involve high-impact, real-world projects that directly affect global customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Configuration: Assist in setting up Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and user management systems.
• AWS Integration: Work on integrating Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex (for AI chatbots), and Amazon S3 for data storage.
• Development & Scripting: Develop custom logic and automated workflows using programming languages like Python or Java.
• Monitoring & Support: Help design proactive monitoring dashboards (e.g., Amazon CloudWatch) and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Documentation: Create technical documentation and user guides for new features or deployments.

Required Skills:

• Programming Proficiency: Familiarity with languages like Python, Java, or C#.
• Cloud Fundamentals: A basic understanding of cloud computing and AWS fundamentals.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree or above in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Strong interest in AWS.
