Location: Bangalore

Experience Range:4-8 yrs

JD:

  • Candidate must be very strong in Amazon Connect Experience
  • Experience in developing the call flows with Amazon connect.
  • Experience in developing the functionalities with Python /Lambda.
  • Extensive working knowledge in execution of projects using Agile Scrum Methodology
  • Experience in working with JIRA.
  • Guide team to implement solutions in line with the business / IT requirements, help in resolving complex requirements, identify dependencies and ensure no delays in accomplishing sprint goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, especially with regards to presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audience
