AWS Connect CCP / Reporting Engineer

Role: AWS Connect – Custom CCP / Reporting Engineer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 12 months+

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Timezone: IST with overlap to US teams (2 hours of overlap. End of consultant's day overlaps with start of US day EST.)

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking experienced AWS Connect Engineers to support custom CCP development, reporting, and analytics solutions within a large-scale contact center transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Amazon Connect CCP, React, AWS analytics services, and real-time integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Amazon Connect CCP integrations
• Build real-time reporting dashboards and analytics solutions
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and backend systems
• Develop reporting pipelines using AWS analytics technologies
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams on agent desktop functionality
• Support scalable cloud-native contact center solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience with Amazon Connect CCP
• Strong React and frontend development experience
• Experience with Kinesis, AWS Glue, and Athena
• Experience building real-time reporting and analytics solutions
• Experience integrating contact center systems with CRM platforms
• Strong API integration and cloud application experience

Preferred

• Custom agent desktop development experience
• Enterprise-scale AWS data processing experience
• Contact center reporting/analytics background
