Role Overview

Design, customize, and implement Amazon Connect Agent Workspace solutions for contact centers, integrating with third-party applications and building AI-driven conversational experiences using AWS Bedrock and Lex.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Amazon Connect and Agent Workspace, including agent workflows and guides
• Build voice and text conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex
• Develop serverless integrations with Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway
• Author CloudFormation templates for infrastructure as code
• Apply prompt engineering with Bedrock models and leverage Textract for document processing
• Lead and mentor a technical team
