Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise cloud architectures on AWS
- Drive cloud adoption strategies, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost optimization
- Oversee DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and infrastructure automation
- Ensure robust cloud security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategy and roadmap
- Mentor and manage engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Engage with stakeholders to align cloud initiatives with business objectives
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 18+ years of overall IT experience, with significant exposure to cloud technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and architecture design
- Proven expertise in DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, containerization, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Cloud Security principles, frameworks, and compliance standards
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise cloud environments
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
