We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in Golang, AWS architecture, and mobile backend systems. You will lead the refinement and optimization of our server-driven UI backend infrastructure, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role demands a strong technical vision combined with hands-on implementation and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of server-driven UI backend services using Golang.
- Architect scalable and secure backend systems leveraging AWS cloud services.
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap for backend infrastructure supporting mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mobile, product, and DevOps to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and apply relevant innovations to enhance the platform.
