AWS Architect (Infra)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of end-to-end cloud migration initiatives from on-premises to AWS.
• Create necessary documentation for microservice migration to cloud EKS.
• Perform comprehensive cloud readiness assessments of existing infrastructure and applications, identifying dependencies, compatibility issues, and challenges.
• Develop detailed migration roadmaps and define appropriate migration strategies based on workload analysis and business requirements.
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to automate deployments and standardize environments.
• Design and document scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, network, and application development teams to ensure a smooth and seamless migration process.
• Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and monitor security controls and enforce compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Optimize cloud workloads post-migration for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
