Required Technical Skill Set**

1. Gen AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG Pipeline, LLM Orchestrator, Responsible AI, LLMOps
2. Python, Pydantic, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, FastMCP
3. AI standards and protocols: MCP, A2A, ACP, Guardrails
4. Working Experience in Google Vertex AI is a must.
5. Enterprise Architecture, Design Patterns
6. Design cloud-native architectures using Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub
7. Ensure Responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance
8. Create HLDs, LLDs, and reference architectures
9. Mentor teams and guide PoCs, pilots, and production rollouts

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Hands-on experience in LLM and Generative AI application development
2. Experience in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions using one of the major cloud providers GCP and Vertex AI (added advantage if also have experience in Azure, AWS)
3. Deep understanding of RAG, Agents, Agentic AI, MCP, A2A, ACP
4. Experience with AI cost modeling and performance evaluation
5. Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and security protocols and Red Teaming tools (Garak, Evals)

Good-to-Have

1. Background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
2. Proficiency in API design, microservices, and integration architectures
3. Telecom eCommerce & Selfcare Domain Knowledge
