Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in AWS AI Services. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, client-facing consulting, and delivery excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping AI-driven solutions and driving innovation across engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AWS AI and cloud-based AI services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive key technical decisions
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and define AI strategies
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions on AWS
- Lead delivery excellence through best practices and innovation
- Mentor junior team members and support capability building
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and teams
Must Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AWS AI Services
- Strong experience in:
- AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Rekognition, Comprehend, Lex, Polly)
- Machine learning model deployment & lifecycle management
- Experience designing scalable, production-grade AI solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and integration patterns
- Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance in AI systems
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- AWS certifications (AI/ML or Solutions Architect)
- Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments
- Exposure to MLOps frameworks
- Domain experience (BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, etc.)
