AVP / VP Structure Design

Summary - Will ensure that all structural designs comply with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards. This position will also conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and implement measures to mitigate risks during both the design and construction phases.

Years of experience - minimum 15 years

Industry - Real Estate, Design Firms

Location - Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities -

• Lead the structural design and analysis for buildings.
• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and design documents.
• Ensure compliance with national and international design codes.
• Optimize structural designs for cost, safety, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, NBC etc.
• Conduct technical audits and site inspections to ensure structural integrity.
