Job Role -
- Create and execute new payment products, such as PPI, POS, Payout, and others;
- Introduce new features for UPI products to the market while working with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, growth, compliance, business finance, and other areas.
- Create a platform for Bank as a Service (BAAS) and conduct thorough primary and secondary market research to compile market opinions on different payment products.
- Have extensive domain understanding of API integrations, payments technical systems, and ecosystem-wide advancements. Be able to respond to enquiries, requests for data, and escalations from various stakeholders.
- To carry out our vision and activities, represent in the payments ecosystem by interacting with banks, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop strong connections and have an impact on leadership teams and cross-functional teams about the strategic implementation of important initiatives.
- Be inquisitive and enthusiastic about payments and fintech. Conduct competitor and fintech landscape research and participate in strategy efforts.
- Have a strong execution bias and be fixated on the user and merchant experience.
- Examine operational and product data funnels on a regular basis. Provide ideas to improve the processes that lead to higher success rates.
