About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven AVP/VP – Commercial Office Leasing to lead the leasing function across our commercial asset portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to close large commercial deals. A key focus area will be expanding our presence and network in the Noida and Gurgaon commercial leasing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Strategy & Execution
- Drive leasing of commercial assets (Grade A offices, business parks, etc.) to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies aimed at reducing vacancies and maximizing asset yield.
- Source tenants through direct outreach, broker networks, IPCs, and digital platforms.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and retain strong relationships with tenants, corporates, brokers, and IPCs.
- Act as a single point of contact for all tenant matters—from onboarding to renewals.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and long-term retention through prompt and professional service.
Negotiation & Closure
- Lead lease negotiations on commercials, legal clauses, and special terms with tenants and their legal representatives.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and asset teams for documentation and timely closures.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track market dynamics, rental trends, competition activity, and tenant movements.
- Maintain and update MIS regularly with leasing pipeline, closures, and revenue forecasts.
Property Coordination
- Work closely with design, legal, and facility teams for tenant handovers and fit-out readiness.
- Manage renewals, renegotiations, and terminations efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing with developers, IPCs, or consulting firms.
- Demonstrated success in leasing large commercial/office assets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of lease documentation, real estate regulations, and commercial financials.
- A strong network in Delhi NCR, especially with exposure to the Noida and Gurgaon leasing ecosystem, is highly desirable.
