Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Drive training and KM strategy, innovation, and KPI-led performance
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership, HR, and business teams to align training priorities
- Client Engagement: Manage client relationships and align KM solutions with business outcomes
- Training Delivery: Lead onboarding, assessments, and TNI-based learning interventions
- Knowledge Management: Oversee SOP governance, knowledge sharing, and process excellence
- Capability Building: Develop SMEs, trainers, and certification programs; support F&A domain training
- Continuous Improvement: Promote upskilling, learning culture, and business continuity readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in HR/Business or related field
- Experience in training, KM, or leadership roles
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder & client management
- Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with LMS, KM tools, and process documentation
