Job Description

AVP – Training & Transitions (AP/R2R/AR)

Location- Hyderabad, Telangana, India

F&A domain training is must

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Drive training and KM strategy, innovation, and KPI-led performance
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership, HR, and business teams to align training priorities
  • Client Engagement: Manage client relationships and align KM solutions with business outcomes
  • Training Delivery: Lead onboarding, assessments, and TNI-based learning interventions
  • Knowledge Management: Oversee SOP governance, knowledge sharing, and process excellence
  • Capability Building: Develop SMEs, trainers, and certification programs; support F&A domain training
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote upskilling, learning culture, and business continuity readiness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in HR/Business or related field
  • Experience in training, KM, or leadership roles
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
  • Excellent stakeholder & client management
  • Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with LMS, KM tools, and process documentation
