Main Accountabilities

  1. To conceptualize / select & implement right Architecture for solving large and complex Domain Problems.
  2. To lead and implement Technical Architecture of the solution.
  3. Own Solutioning / Delivery of Large and Complex Applications.
  4. To lead team of Developers in doing Quick POCs in new and emerging technical areas.
  5. To Document and own standards Enterprise Wide of Design / Development / Deployment.
  6. Responsible for building the Architectural Runway for multiple Agile Release Trains.
  7. Own up delivery of one or more Agile Release Trains.
  8. To be the thought leader in terms of High Level and Low Level Technical Design.
  9. Mentor junior team members.
  10. Lead all aspects of solution from Functional to Non-Functional Requirements.
  11. Do Quick POCs on Emerging Areas like Generative AI, LLM, SLM, Integration.
  12. Design and Implement Containerization, K8S and Security.
